Watch the arm trainer in use.
Specification
What it is actually made of and how it is built, measured and described plainly, not marketing copy standing in for a spec sheet.

01 · Feature
The cylinder and strength gauge sit inside a reinforced housing, so knocks stay off the working parts and the oil stays sealed in. A smooth micro-rebound brings the arms back under control, never snapping.

02 · Feature
The triangular frame locks each rep onto the same arc. No wobble and no wandering, just a stable, repeatable press from the first rep to the fiftieth.

03 · Feature
One snap-lock at the base and it folds flat. Slide it under the bed, into a closet or into a gym bag, so a full upper-body session goes wherever you do.

04 · Resistance range
Twenty resistance levels, dialled in with a simple twist knob and no tools. Start light on day one, then keep turning it up. One compact trainer stands in for a whole rack of bands and dumbbells.

05 · Rep counter
The built-in LCD counts each rep in real time, so you can chase a number instead of losing track mid-set. Pick a target, beat it, and watch it climb session after session.

06 · Frame
High-density carbon steel with a reinforced triangular structure and heavy-duty rivets, so it holds its shape at full load, rep after rep. Compact at 16.7 × 6.4 in.

07 · Handles
Wear-resistant PU handles shaped for your hand, with a textured grip that stays put through the longest sets. Choose black, blue or red to match your gym.

08 · Muscles worked
Press, pull and squeeze from the same frame and train your whole upper body with one tool, in a corner of the room instead of a corner of the gym.
